Introduction to OSHO–BUDDHA LOK FOUNDATION
OSHO-BUDDHA LOK FOUNDATION is an independent, non-profit, spiritual and charitable organization engaged in meditation, awareness, and community service activities.
This organization is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Osho International Foundation, Osho International, or any other entity using the “OSHO” name or trademark.
All activities of this organization are conducted independently and do not represent any other organization or trademark holder
At present, OSHO–BUDDHA LOK FOUNDATION is in its sacred beginning, like a divine child gently taking its first steps on the path of growth, awareness, and awakening. This tender phase calls for love, care, blessings, and collective participation, so that the Foundation may naturally blossom into its higher spiritual destiny.
The registered office of the Foundation is presently located at Sector 17/613, Indira Nagar, Lucknow (India). However, the soul, vision, and future expression of OSHO–BUDDHA LOK FOUNDATION are taking form on sacred land in Barabanki District, on Lucknow–Deva Road, near Ram Swaroop University, close to Tiwari Purwa Village, Sub-division Nawabganj, Village Basti (164582)—approximately 1.5 kilometers from the university.
This land is being prepared with reverence to become a living sanctuary of silence, meditation, and inner transformation.
At this moment, foundational construction and developmental work are in progress. With folded hands and an open heart, we lovingly invite Osho lovers, Buddha followers, meditators, spiritual seekers, and compassionate souls from across the world to offer their support—through prayers, participation, guidance, and resources—so that this sacred vision may take a meaningful and powerful form.
OSHO–BUDDHA LOK FOUNDATION is a humble offering in service of humanity. Rooted in meditation, awareness, and compassion, the Foundation is dedicated to both inner awakening and outer social upliftment, helping individuals turn inward and rediscover peace, wisdom, harmony, and responsibility toward life.
A Sacred Land of Timeless Spiritual Heritage
The Foundation is situated in Barabanki, a district deeply enriched with spiritual, cultural, and historical significance. As part of the ancient Awadh (Kosala) region, this land has witnessed the flow of consciousness through many ages—from the era of Lord Rama, through Buddhist, Mauryan, and Gupta influences, to the flowering of Sufi mysticism under the Delhi Sultanate, Mughal rule, and the Nawabs of Awadh.
Nearby Deva Sharif Dargah, the resting place of the great Sufi saint Hazrat Haji Waris Ali Shah, radiates a message of love, unity, and surrender—echoing the same spirit of meditation and compassion that OSHO–BUDDHA LOK FOUNDATION seeks to embody. Barabanki stands as a symbol of Ganga–Jamuni harmony, fertile land, and spiritual coexistence.
The Foundation also lies very close to Lucknow, the historic “City of Nawabs,” renowned worldwide for its culture of refinement, art, poetry, music, architecture, and spiritual openness. This proximity connects the Foundation to a living legacy of grace, inclusiveness, and cultural wisdom.
The Vision and Purpose
OSHO–BUDDHA LOK FOUNDATION is inspired by the timeless wisdom of the Buddhas of all ages and the revolutionary consciousness of Sadguru Osho. Osho’s teachings and meditation methods are not mere philosophies; they are living scriptures—direct pathways to inner silence, awareness, and celebration.
The Foundation exists to:
Awaken meditative awareness and inner silence
Establish meditation centers, ashrams, and retreats
Organize satsangs, meditation camps, discourses, and spiritual gatherings
Publish and distribute Osho’s teachings and meditative literature
Promote spiritual values, conscious living, and compassionate action
Serve society through education, health, environment, rural development, cultural harmony, and charitable activities
Create an atmosphere of love, bliss, and celebration, where meditation becomes a way of life

Inspired by the timeless wisdom of Gautam Buddha and the revolutionary consciousness of Sadguru Osho, this Foundation seeks to nurture an environment rooted in mindfulness, equality, compassion, and human values, beyond all boundaries of caste, class, gender, or religion. I envision a world where spiritual wisdom is not a privilege, but a birthright—accessible to every individual beyond the boundaries of caste, class, gender, religion, nationality, or profession. Enlightened beings appear only once in many centuries; their presence is rare, and their teachings are priceless. It is our sacred responsibility to protect, understand, and share this wisdom so that humanity may move toward awareness, compassion, and inner freedom. Through this Foundation, I seek to contribute to a deeper global understanding of Osho’s vision, ensuring that his message of meditation, freedom, and celebration reaches hearts across the world and receives the recognition it truly deserves. A central expression of this vision is the creation of a Spiritual Park—a living space where the messages of all enlightened masters are presented through modern technology, art, and meditative experiences, allowing seekers to reflect, learn, and elevate their consciousness, just as people visit parks today for recreation and entertainment.
